1. Summary

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

We collect your email address and authentication identifiers when you create or use an account. Password handling is provided by Supabase Auth; Fittro does not store your password in plain text.

Closet, Photo, and Style Content

You may provide:

Location and Weather

If you choose to enable weather-aware planning, Fittro requests device location permission and uses your current latitude and longitude to fetch a local weather forecast from Open-Meteo. The app stores a simple "Current location" weather state locally on the device. Device location is intentionally excluded from cloud sync.

Purchases and Subscription Status

If you use Fittro Plus, we process subscription status and entitlement information such as product identifiers, active/inactive status, expiration date, renewal or cancellation state, original transaction identifiers, and environment. On iOS, payment is handled by Apple in-app purchase. On the web or other non-iOS builds, payment may be handled by Stripe. Fittro does not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Stripe.

Identifiers and Usage State

Fittro creates a random installation ID on first launch. It is used for device-level subscription and app state, especially for web billing flows. Fittro also stores local usage counters for free-tier limits. These device-local identifiers and counters are not synced to your cloud account.

Support Messages

If you contact us for support, we collect the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and details needed to help with the request.

Diagnostics

This codebase does not currently include a third-party advertising, attribution, or analytics SDK. Basic technical logs, request metadata, and error information may still be processed by infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Apple, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, and hosting providers as needed to operate, secure, debug, and provide the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

4. AI Processing

Fittro asks for your consent before sending personal content to AI providers. When you use AI-powered features, Fittro may send relevant inputs to our Supabase Edge Functions, which then call AI and search providers. Inputs may include:

Providers used by the current app may include:

Provider API keys stay on the backend and are not shipped in the app. We do not use submitted user content for cross-app tracking or advertising. Where a provider offers controls to prevent submitted content from being used to train models, we use or intend to use those controls.

5. Third Parties

We use the following service providers to operate Fittro:

These providers process information only as needed to provide, secure, and support Fittro.

6. Where Data Is Stored

On Your Device

Fittro stores closet items, photos, style settings, plans, fit results, shopping history, usage counters, subscription state, and app settings locally on your device.

In Your Account

When you are signed in, Fittro syncs account content to Supabase in a protected per-user row. Synced account content includes closet data, style profile, plans, fit results, shopping history, and selected personal images. Device-local state such as installation ID, subscription cache, free-tier counters, device location, and sync markers is excluded from cloud sync.

In Processing

AI and search requests are processed by Supabase Edge Functions and relevant providers to return the feature you requested. Payment data is processed by Apple or Stripe.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep account data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

You can delete your account and data from Settings. Account deletion removes local user content from the device and calls our Supabase account-deletion function to delete your authentication account and synced account data. Rows in fittro_user_state and fittro_entitlements are linked to your Supabase user and are deleted when the account is deleted. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Stripe.

8. Your Choices

9. Children

Fittro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, backend-held provider keys, Supabase row-level security, and authenticated account-deletion flows. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. International Processing

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Fittro changes. The updated policy will be available in the app and on the web, with the updated date changed above.
