These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fittro, an AI fashion planner, visualizer, fit-check assistant, closet organizer, and shopping assistant operated by Giuseppina Caretti in the United States ("Fittro," "we," "us," or "our").
By using Fittro, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Fittro.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Fittro. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Fittro only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fittro for personal styling, outfit planning, closet organization, fit review, virtual try-on, and shopping assistance, subject to these Terms.
3. Your Content
"Your Content" means photos, closet items, style preferences, messages, outfit plans, fit notes, shopping queries, saved results, and other content you provide or save in Fittro.
You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Fittro a limited license to host, store, process, display, sync, transmit, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise use Your Content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Fittro. This includes sending relevant content to AI, search, backend, payment, and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and permissions needed to upload or process it. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, non-consensual, misleading, or privacy-invasive content.
4. AI-Generated Results
Fittro uses AI to generate closet interpretation, outfit plans, fit feedback, virtual try-ons, shopping suggestions, inspiration results, and style-chat responses. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsuitable, or unavailable.
Fittro results are for inspiration and convenience only. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, safety, or body-image advice. Use your own judgment before relying on any result, wearing an outfit in a particular setting, or buying any item.
5. Shopping and Third-Party Content
Shopping links, product images, prices, availability, merchant names, and inspiration images may come from third-party websites or search providers. We do not control or guarantee third-party products, listings, prices, stock, shipping, returns, policies, content, or websites. Purchases from third-party merchants are between you and that merchant.
6. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may delete your account and data from Settings. Deleting your Fittro account does not cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple or Stripe.
7. Fittro Plus, Subscriptions, and Billing
Fittro may offer a free tier with usage limits and a paid Fittro Plus subscription.
- On iOS, Fittro Plus is sold through Apple in-app purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple ID.
- On the web or other non-iOS builds, subscription checkout and billing may be handled by Stripe.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- The current price, period, and trial or introductory offer details, if any, are shown before purchase.
- You can manage or cancel iOS subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Web subscriptions may be managed through the Stripe billing portal where available.
- Deleting your Fittro account or app data does not cancel an active subscription.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Fittro for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing purposes.
- Upload content that violates another person's rights or privacy.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, subscriptions, payment systems, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code except where allowed by law.
- Use Fittro or its outputs to build, train, or improve a competing product, model, dataset, or service.
- Interfere with Fittro's operation, infrastructure, accounts, or security.
9. Service Availability and Changes
Fittro may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, limits, AI providers, pricing, subscriptions, or availability. We may also limit or suspend access to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Fittro at any time and may delete your account and data from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the service, or use Fittro in a way that harms users, us, or third parties.
11. Disclaimers
Fittro is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fittro and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, replacement goods, or third-party purchases. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Fittro is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Fittro in the 12 months before the claim or 50 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fittro and its operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from Your Content, your misuse of Fittro, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
14. Apple Terms
For iOS users, these Terms are between you and Fittro, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Fittro or its content. To the extent Fittro is licensed through Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, that license also applies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as related to the iOS app.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local law requires otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms as Fittro changes. The updated Terms will be available in the app and on the web. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
